ABC Gas makes sure that any gas leaks found by home inspectors are repaired at no expense to the homeowner - as long as you've ordered the Gas Line Protection Plan prior to any inspections. In addition, the buyer receives a full year of coverage that starts at the closing.

ABC Gas will cover any problem the gas company says has to be repaired - not only gas leaks, inside and out, but also problems with illegal piping, venting, gas dryers, fireplaces, lamps, grills, furnaces and water heaters. The gas does not have to be on at the property for you to purchase a Gas Line Protection Plan, as long as it wasn't turned off for leakage.
